Unlike a regular health check-up that leaves you with a long list of numbers, Conscious Health turns your data into a simple, visual scorecard across 8 key areas of health (like heart, metabolism, sleep, hormones, gut). You also get multiple expert consultations, a personalised roadmap & continous hand-holding to practice the recommendations effectively — so you don't just know your health status, you know why it is that way, what to do next & how to do it!
Currently it's a guided 3-month journey, which goes like this: First, a comprehensive health scan, intake of all of our behaviours, wearables & past health data. Then we prepare your Conscious Health Scorecard & do a deep-dive into your health story with your medical expert. Together, we set health goals & create a personalised roadmap. Then your health coach helps you implement it week by week, building sustainable life-long habits. At the end, we do a another scan to review the progress in your health markers. Very soon, we're coming up with longer journeys.
You'll receive a Conscious Health Scorecard — not a dense test report, but a clear visual snapshot of your health, broken down into categories with simple A–D grades. Along with that, you'll also get a personalised roadmap with practical, evidence-based interventions for diet, exercise, lifestyle and supplements.
We look at all dimensions of your health, not just lab results. That includes: Blood & urine test reports (biomarkers), Lifestyle & behaviour inputs (diet, sleep, stress, activity), Family & medical history, Wearable data (if you use Apple Watch, Oura, Fitbit etc.), Past test reports & prescriptions. This multi-layered view helps us connect the dots and give you insights that feel personal and actionable.
All consultations are led by qualified doctors (MDs) trained in internal, preventive & lifestyle medicine, supported by experienced nutritionists and health coaches. Behind the scenes, we also use AI models trained to make sense of complex data, which are always reviewed by our experts.
AI helps us analyse your complex health data and cross-check it with research evidence. But nothing goes to you without human review by our doctors and coaches. It's AI + expert, never AI alone.
